the high performance

The High Performance podcast got in touch as they had a three day shoot in Los Angeles. 

Presenters Jake Humphrey and Prof. Damien Hughes needed to interview MMA super star Ronda Rousey, an NFL legend and famous Podcaster (episodes yet to be released).

it needed to be shot in the established style, three camera interviews, Master wide, single of the guest and two shot of the presenters. which would work for both 16:9 and across all socials. The high performance team also wanted to shoot some location pieces around LA.  

DOP Harvey Glen and Sound Recordist Alex joined the team. FilmCrewinUSA.com used 1x Sony Fx9 and 2x Sony Fx6 cameras, Aputure LED lighting package and grip vehicle to ensure we could move from location to location and have all the tools needed to efficiently light unseen locations.    

this was a special shoot for filmcrewinusa.com founder harvey glen as jake and him have been good friends since they were 16 yers old and started their careers on work experience together in their home city of norwich at cable channel rapture TV.
