Inferno L.A. on fire

LA has suffered devastating loss with the LA fires. the worst areas hit being The palisades and altadena.

long time collaborator Producer Liz elkington reached out to ask if we’d come and cover some stories for a 1hour doc produced by ITN that was commissioned the day before and due to air in less than 48hours in the UK on ch4.

Crew members were evacuating in the Orange County, but came back to the city as they knew it was important to tell the stories of people that had lost everything.

We filmed with the brave fire department and families who told their heart felt stories, many so distraught and still suffering from shock as they led us around piles of ash which was only a day before their family home passed down generation to generation. heart breaking and surreal for all.
